Why fixed-scope?
We don't do hourly billing or open-ended retainers. Every project starts with a scoping call where we define exactly what we're building together.
You get a proposal with a fixed price and fixed deliverables. If it takes us longer than expected, that's on us. If you want to add features mid-project, we'll quote them separately. No surprise bills.
This model works because we're selective about the projects we take on. We only say yes when we're confident we can deliver.
